About the Role:

 

Treasury analyst will be responsible to execute administrative area processes as well as manage control  documentation related to the group insurance, bonds, and to process payments to 3rd parties and government instances.


What you will do:

 

  • Social security payments at IMSS offices
  • Post insurance recoveries or payments receipt
  • Cargo insurance and bonds documents control 
  • To generate Ariba purchase orders 
  • To process treasury payments according company process (rent, amex meeting cards,insurance etc)
  • Prepare expenses reports 
  • Checks receipt and deposit in banks 
  • Meeting cards expenses review 
  • To request payment evidences from insurance and trustee 
  • Treasury and Pension Plan signatures collection

 

Required Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
  • Intermediate English level
  • Intermediate Excel level
  • Driving Knowledge and License 
  • Technical knowledge in financial statements, financial analysis, impact on financial analysis and compliance. (Preferred)
  • Google Suite (Gmail,Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms)

 

Travel Requirements 


Expected percentage of travel:  Up to 30% In Mexico City related to IMSS payments, checks deposits in banks and special documents delivery required.
