  • Graduado en áreas con énfasis en matemáticas o negocios, como ingeniería, administración de negocios, actuarias y otras. (Preferentemente profesionales en el área de Ciencias Actuariales / Exactas)
  • Flexibilidad y capacidad comprobada para identificar y resolver problemas complejos.
  • Análisis de indicadores de desempeño / perfil de morbilidad
  • Elaboración de estudios para apoyar la renovación del contrato
  • Relevamiento de información sobre uso (ranking de usuarios, proveedores, etc.)
  • Desarrollo de estudios de rediseño y benchmark


Qualifications

Experiencia:
• 2+ años de experiencia trabajando con planes de Salud y Beneficios, idealmente adquirida en una firma de consultoría/corretaje de beneficios o en la función actuarial / de suscripción de salud de una compañía de seguros.
• Apoyar la ejecución de las actividades de Placement en nombre de los equipos de cada uno de los países hispanohablantes de Latam, siguiendo los procesos, herramientas y plantillas acordadas.
• La entrega principal incluirá:
a) Iniciar la actividad de renovación 90/120/180 días antes del vencimiento de los planes de salud y beneficios de los clientes
b) Realizar un procesamiento y análisis de datos simples (financieros, de membresía, facturas) para preparar informes utilizando herramientas, estándares y técnicas acordadas
c) Preparar comprobantes de cotización y distribuir solicitudes de oferta (RFP) a las aseguradoras / proveedores
d) Recopilar, resumir y analizar los resultados de las propuestas
e) Apoyar la producción de comparaciones de cotizaciones / informe de renovación / preparar boletas de colocación / confirmación de cobertura / entregables de renovación para clientes
f) Gestionar las consultas / solicitudes de las aseguradoras / proveedores / clientes o colegas internos y escalarlas cuando sea necesario
g) Seguimiento con los clientes de la documentación de renovación y los datos del censo
h) Seguir el procedimiento reglamentario definido por el país de origen

Además de esto, deberá:
• Asistir a capacitaciones, reuniones y / otros eventos educativos para aumentar la comprensión de las tendencias, regulaciones y desarrollos en el mercado.
• Recibir capacitación de consultores experimentados.
• Cumplir con la excelencia interna y los requisitos de cumplimiento.
Participar en actividades de mejora continua para generar confianza en los grupos de interés.
