  • Gestión de proyectos simultáneamente; completarlos de manera segura, en tiempo, presupuesto, calidad y de acuerdo al del alcance.
  • Colaborar con otros grupos: Operaciones y Mantenimiento, Tierras y Permisos, Ingeniería, Desarrollo de Negocios, Desarrollo del Sistema, Construcción, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambienta, Calidad, Cadena de Suministro y Contratistas.
  • Establecer y administrar al equipo de proyecto para lograr los permisos oportunamente, asegurar el cumplimiento y lograr todos los objetivos del proyecto.
  • Desarrollar e implementar planes de ejecución de proyectos.
  • Responsable por el diseño del proyecto en cumplimiento con las Normas Oficiales Mexicanas, las especificaciones de TC Energía y otras regulaciones, códigos, prácticas y estándares aplicables.
  • Responsable del gasto del proyecto y asegurarse de que los gastos se lleven a cabo de acuerdo con la Políticas de Autoridad y Límites de Gastos de TC Energía.
  • Establecer planes de comunicación que incluyan partes interesadas internas y externas, patrocinadores, equipos de proyectos y Gerencias.
  • Gestión de los reclamos post-construcción.
  • Administrar el rendimiento del proyecto: alcance, costo y cronograma, así como seguridad, calidad, tierras, permisos, relaciones con la comunidad y responsabilidad social.
  • Asegurar que los diseños de los proyectos sean justos para el propósito y demostrar que las expectativas de desarrollo del proyecto (como el rendimiento y el costo) se cumplen, así como con requerimientos técnicos, normativos, ambientales, comerciales, de seguridad, de operación y mantenimiento.
  • Reporte del estado del proyecto y su desempeño.
  • Gestión del cierre de proyecto.
