Requirements

  • Advanced English (Mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of the vendor’s business, including major changes in their financial position and customer base
  • Strong organizational, planning and management skills
  • Strong business and commercial awareness

Experience

  • 5 years proven credit policy and/or credit risk management/analytics experience, or equivalent. Strong knowledge and understanding of financial services preferred
  • High degree of expertise and knowledge in relation to vendor or facilities management within a real estate context
  • High degree of expertise and knowledge in relation to analysis of vendor businesses including finances and customer base
  • Strong awareness and understanding of HSBCs internal control and operational risk environment
  • Demonstrated results in managing a medium portfolio of vendors / supplier base
  • Demonstrated experience in managing vendor and stakeholder issues
  • Demonstrated results in delivering successful risk management and control processes across multiple functions
