Seller support Marketplace


Objetivo:


Brindar servicio de soporte a los Sellers registrados en Walmart Marketplace respecto las dudas u oportunidades de las plataformas, mediante seguimiento a los requerimientos, interactuando con diferentes áreas para la resolución en los tiempos de respuesta definidos. El objetivo principal es ofrecer al Seller la mejor experiencia de servicio en la industria en cuanto a la experiencia de ser un vendedor dentro de Walmart México y el uso de las herramientas de nuestras plataformas enfocadas a la Gestión de catalogo y órdenes.



Responsabilidades:


  • Respuesta y solución a los Sellers respecto solicitudes y dudas a través de plataforma de Centro de Ayuda al Vendedor y correos.
  • Resolución de casos de Centro de ayuda al vendedor mediante CRM “Sales force” respecto a dudas de la Plataforma de Walmart Marketplace Mexico en cuanto a Carga, inventario y precios en las diferentes modalidades (Drop y WFS).
  • Seguimiento de incidentes tecnológicos sobre errores atribuibles a la plataforma.
  • Atención directa en sesiones vía remota a los Sellers en relación con sus dudas y errores que presenten en Seller Center.
  • Validación y replica de errores reportados dentro de las plataformas WM “Seller Center”.
  • Solución a escalamientos por parte del área comercial internacional con cuentas top y casos prioritarios.
  • Iniciativas que mejoren la experiencia con los Sellers.




Requisitos:


Escolaridad: Licenciatura en áreas económico-administrativas, Negociones/Relaciones Internaciones o afín.


Experiencia laboral:

  • 1 a 2 años de experiencia en roles similares o empresas de la industria de Marketplace/E-Commerce.
  • Conocimientos y experiencia en productos o plataformas de tecnología o plataformas de comercio electrónico.
  • Manejo de paquetería office (Excel nivel intermedio)
  • Cruces en bases de datos y análisis de le información (Pivot Tables)
  • Conocimiento en manejo de CRM “Sales Force” (Deseable)
  • Experiencia y conocimiento en actividades administrativas, de seguimiento y atención al cliente, soporte técnico a ventas, creación - seguimiento de indicadores y cumplimiento de objetivos.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Plataformas en análisis de datos: Excel.
  • Manejo de Paquetería Office.
