Materials Planner III

What will you be doing:

• Plan and pipeline inventory based on customer demand as a manner to prevent shortages while minimizing excess.
• Prepare and upload customer forecasts as well as manage exceptions generated from the processing.
• Review backlog and shortage reports to ensure uninterrupted supply of inventory.
• Work with other teams to resolve any potential issues to deliver material on time.

What do you need to have?

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2-4 years of experience in the same field.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge. ERP knowledge is ideal.
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
• Proven ability in handling difficult customer situations professionally and effectively.
• Ability to juggle many tasks at once as well prioritize based on importance.
