Job Description:

The position will take the leadership to execute the commercial categories operations. The position is responsible to develop and execute Supplier Relationship Management Strategy to maximize the value of external suppliers on R&D, Sustainability, Productivity, Service and Quality to support daily operations & business growth.

  
Key Responsibilities 

•    Utilize  Lean Processes to analyze, develop and execute the Operational Strategy to ensure the direct materials sustainable supply to meet the business needs   
•    Work closely with R&D and Supply Divisions to identify, develop, and maximize the cost reduction opportunities through developing productivity pipeline
•    Partners closely with Strategic Sourcing Managers to align on the category sourcing strategy. 
•    Develops operational execution plan for these strategies, including, but not limited to, qualification of new material, new suppliers within manufacturing; new supplier on-boarding, measure and manage supplier performance
•     Lead the risk mitigation with inbound supply chain to ensure the competitive and sustainable supply and meet the Company sustainability objective
•    Responsible for the support of all new product launches, line extensions, innovation projects and execution of continuous improvement programs as it relates to direct materials. This includes leading the procurement new material introduction process, working closely with sourcing, R&D, supply chain, and factory procurement to commercialize all new packaging and ingredient materials to the factory.  
•    Work closely with Supplier Quality Assurance to ensure the suppliers to meet the Quality Standard and mitigate potential supplier quality and food safety issues.
•    Conduct root cause analysis and ensure ongoing performance of suppliers.
•    Lead incident escalations.
•    Formulate and implement cross-functional mitigation strategies for supply chain resilience.
•    Direct continuous improvement initiatives and track supply security measures across product categories
•    Drive priority root cause resolution projects and track execution.
•    Manage and track Supply Security agenda across categories.
•    Collaborate with Supply on Supplier Performance, ensuring Safety Stock levels are maintained.
•    Proactive risk management and continual improvement to operations across the network by addressing root causes.


Job Specifications/Qualifications

  • Education & Professional Qualifications    Bachelors Degree in International Commerce / Industrial Engineering / Business Administration 

  •  2-4  years of experience in commercial / other areas with negotiation experience & development

  • Solid experiences on supplier scorecards/performance models, continuous improvement programs and supplier relationship management.

  • 2+ years in risk management and root cause resolution, Lean Six Sigma experience/certification preferred, Managed complex projects.
