Concentrix Catalyst is the experience design and engineering team of Concentrix, a leading global solutions company that reimagines everything CX through strategy, talent and technology. We combine human-centered design, powerful data and strong tech to accelerate CX transformation at scale.The Catalyst Team is seeking a Salesforce Product Owner to join our full-time team as full-time employee.
Qualifications:
 ⢠5+ years of product management experience as a product analyst/business process analyst.
⢠Salesforce experience.
⢠Strong Experience with Lead-to-cash.
⢠Experience with building financial/compliance tools a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
⢠Support client out-of-box proof of concept delivery.
⢠Budget configuration on process and application configuration.
⢠Partner request form process and application configuration.
⢠Partner claim submission process and application configuration.
⢠Activity approval process and application configuration.
⢠Portal configuration.
⢠Adherence to client's design standards and UX experience.
⢠Reporting process and application configuration.
⢠Release support and hypercare following release.
⢠Business process and application refinement post release.
