Important company located in the "Valle Bonito" Industrial Park dedicated to the manufacture and production of control systems, keypads and accessories for whirlpool baths is looking for a Logistics Technician for the administrative and operative tasks related to the Import of raw materials, MRO and equipment under the Mexican-international commerce and transportation laws, looking always for the best options with in cost and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Organize daily import plant
  • Have good comunication with the brokers for follow up on physical entry inspections, invoice revision, etc.
  • Schedule transportation (Trailer, bobtail or van) with the carrier to ensure border crossing on time.
  • Follow up properly on the "critical parts" file to coordinate special imports and avoid production plan affectations.
  • Team work with purchasing and planning departments (escalations, issues, critical follow up, etc.)
  • Inbond shipments import.
  • Hazmat shipments coordinations.
  • Virtual Pedimentos
  • Support on reverse logistics activities (RMAS, RTS)
  • Support in export activities when needed
  • Others related to logistics department needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s- Technician Degree
  • 2 years’ experience in Logistics or customs documents (preferably at Mexican Customs Broker or at a Maquiladora).
  • IMMEX knowledge.
  • CTPAT
