Sourcing Excellence Manager

Job Description:

Responsible for delivering long-term competitive advantages to achieve maximum value predominantly for DT category globally. Execute and implement robust sourcing strategies which includes aspects related to price risk management, long term supply assurance, service quality, and responsible sourcing. Engages and collaborates with key category stakeholders.

• University Degree (Business, Procurement, Supply Chain related).

• 5+ years of professional experience in cooperation with procurement or business environment.

• Strong experience in procurement and leadership.

• High level of proactivity and willingness to work with global senior stakeholders.

• Knowledge of, and experience in, core P2P functional competencies and in Commercial (Procurement) best practices.

• Fluent in English

• Manage, coach and lead a team of 10+ associates and contractors globally , support them in their developments, ensure they have clear IBO and delivery

• Drive & manage the team engagement and performance

• Purchase indirect goods & services by  securing price, capacity & service levels in line with commitments to the business and as per the sourcing strategies by applying a wide range of sourcing tools (e.g. negotiation, digital tools)

• Ensure compliance with proper procedures, policies, systems and controls

• Build relationship & engagement with category stakeholders

• Ensure the team drives procurement process improvement and standardization, agree with clients and ensure their implementation to drive overall efficiency and effectiveness of Commercial processes.
