POSITION OBJECTIVE

  • Building Engineer will be responsible of the management, planning and CAAR execution. Projects assigned or required by the area. INA process related for facilities services. Legal, environmental and corporative compliances.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning and execution of projects related to the area.
  • Provide alternatives for future improvements in terms of service, suppliers, cost, procedures, equipments, installations and systems for the area.
  • Identify benchmarks for facilities services by implementing improvements.
  • Create performance indicators of external companies to support BRP maintenance supervisor following.
  • INA process
  • Follow up with the respective development team for proper completion. (KPI for INA process)
  • Legal compliances related to facilities services.
  • Management information for all facilities service’s assets, maintain updates.
  • Support GTI initiative, maintenance of the system and strategy to continuous improvement.
  • Follow BRP values and behaviors.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
  • Enforce Quality BRP policy.
  • Follow up Office Vibe results through action plan.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Budget and timing car projects assigned (Planned vs execution KPI)
  • INA KPI. Generates a procedure to follow and measure the INA compliance.
  • Legal requirements compliance (safety, environment and corporate). KPIs and dashboard for follow up.
  • External services performance following (Budget, attendance, quality, surveys)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar.

Experience:

  • Min. 2 years’ experience in similar roles

Language:

  • Fluent in Spanish  written and verbal.
  • English written and verbal (Min: 80%).
  • Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
