MarshMcLennan has an exciting opportunity for a ICG Leader to join our ICG Team in our Office in Mexico City. This role is within our dynamic and growing Insurer Consulting Group.

The Insurer Consulting Group in Mexico is the area in charge of providing consulting services to our strategic markets to improve their performance and interaction with Marsh. Together with them, we manage the key strategic initiatives to grow together in the different areas of focus. ICG is a fast-growing operation in Latin America and Mexico is no exception. ICG Mexico is LAC's second largest operation (after Brazil) and in 2024 we are starting this relationship with new key insurers. We are part of a global team of 150 people across 45 countries working to develop new tools to help us have better markets for our customers.

We will count on you to:

• Comply with the budget of the Insurer Consulting Compensation (within the Insurer Revenue) of the country. For Mexico, in 2024 between renovations and new-business this budget is 1.12M USD.
  • With the support of Placement, negotiate the renewals of the current consulting agreements, seeking at least inflationary increases.
  • With the support of Placement, identify potential markets to sign new agreements, define the strategy to address them and present our services (sales pitch).
• Bring the relationship and deliver ICG's services to the markets with which we have signed consulting agreement:
  • Pipeline Management, with the support of the teams of each line of business.
  • Definition and follow-up of joint strategy â Governance Meetings.
  • Build reports on the performance of insurers with information available within Marsh (either locally or in corporate tools).
  • Transfer feedback from line teams to markets (anecdotal feedback) and present the results of the Annual Carrier Performance Survey exercises.
  • Serve as the insurer's point of contact for strategic issues with Marsh.
• Respond to regional and global requests on interaction with markets, as input for forums at those levels.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in any administrative area (ideally Actuarial Science, International Business or Industrial Engineering)
• At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry. It must be a business profile, with basic technical knowledge.
• Advanced Excel (efficient handling of pivot tables and medium-complex formulas)
• Good use of Power Point
• Power BI â nice to have
• English Level: Advanced
