Overview: Reporting to the global COO based in the UK, this is a vital role to lead the delivery transformation of the planning, supply chain and customer services functions for the Americas of a major global consumer goods company. The role presents a unique opportunity to lead innovative service proposition for the lead client, potentially progressing to new clients as appropriate.


What will you do in this role?


  • Work with the senior leadership and senior local client leadership teams within the Region in each market to successfully deliver the transformation and client value.
  • Work in conjunction with global BSV (business services) and local BSV team to ensure the successful delivery of supply chain transition and run services.
  • Lead a team of circa 500+ across America based delivery centers in Brazil and Mexico as a team based in India that are all focused on servicing the clients Americas Businesses.
  • Focus on the delivery of the outcomes the client needs, including contract compliance, value issue resolution, continuous process improvement and transformation of the service new solutions become available or new leading practice is developed.
  • Support the Negotiation, Drafting, review and validation of Contract Change Requests, SOWs, Work Orders and provide the insights. Coordinate with Capgemini team from initiation until the execution of these contract documents.
  • Collate and validate the data needed for the measurement of the gain share elements of the providing the necessary reports and interactions with the client to recognize and the value delivered and the Capgemini entitlement against it.


Qualifications


  • Knowledge and experience (15+ years) at a senior leadership level, preferably in a consulting BPO role for a recognized consultancy.
  • Extensive Consumer Products and Distribution (CPRD) experience, ideally within in the Trade Markets e.g. Asia/Americas in both supply chain and sales operations.
  • Blend of Consulting and industry experience, gained within the Consumer Products sector.
  • Ability and demonstratable experience of operating effectively at a C Suite level.
  • Track record of building efficient and cohesive teams across multiple regions.
  • Must be knowledgeable in the creation and execution of service contracts as well as and service level Consulting/ IT/ outsourcing contracts.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Guide instruct and influence on the performance of the company’s performance
  • Problem solving skills: Finding ways to solve problems quickly and effectively to avoid consequences.
  • Innovation Skills: Exhibit creativity, critical thinking to demonstrate the ability to see what’s not there and make something happen. Develop and bring new ideas or innovation to add value for the company.
