We are currently seeking a Project Manager-Middle to join our team in Mexico City, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).

Job Description – Project Manager Mid

 Job Objective:

  • Manage the development and delivery of software projects. 
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and reaching expected quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams to align goals and expectations.

Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)

  • Plan, execute, and close projects, ensuring key milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with software architects, developers, designers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and resources as necessary.
  • Handle budgets, schedules, and resources, optimizing allocation and utilization.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming and sprint reviews.
  • Maintain strong communication with client contacts to ensure a common understanding of the project status and process.
  • Communicate risks timely and adequately to delivery managers.

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing software development projects.
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PMP.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Travel:  Not required.  Preferred location is Mexico City, Mexico.

Degree: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to Have; (But not a must)

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.).

Languange:

  • Spanish
  • English is desired
