As an Analyst - Transportation, es responsable de proveer soporte de anylisi en operaciones de importaciones y transacciones aduanales manejo de importaciones aéreas, navales, terrestres Y tambien es responsable en apoyar con las regulaciones gubernamentales, programas de importaciones y manejo de servicios de aduana, dando soporte a los costos realcionados.ou will also be responsible for supporting government regulatory agencies, auxiliary programs including car allowance reimbursement, freight audit and payment, and supply chain analytics.

Responsabilidades

Funciones / responsabilidades principales:

  • Recepción, captura y auditoria de las cuentas de Gastos por cualquier aduana
  • Verificación de tarifas de proveedores de servicio asociados al despacho
  • Solicitud de Anticipos y conciliación de los mismos con Contabilidad.
  • Verificación de la aplicación de anticipos y comprobación de los mismos efectuados por Anixter.
  • Responsable de la elaboración del reporte de cuentas de gastos que se entrega a contabilidad
  • Responsable de la recuperación de documentos en caso de faltantes
  • Responsable del correcto archivo de las operaciones de comercio exterior
  • Responsable de la elaboración del Dictamen Fiscal.

  • Licenciado en comercio exterior o similar
  • 2 años de experiencia en importaciones, Aduanas
  • Ingles intermedio
  • Conocimiento de Excel intermedio
  • 2Conocimiento de la Normatividad
  • Buebas habilidades de counicaci
  • Analítico y Organizado
