Senior Specialist- Accounting

An international bank is looking for their next Senior Specialist Accountant to be part of the Finance Department to carry out activities that ensure the correct accounting record of transactions, comply with internal processes and procedures, ensure the correct submission of regulatory and corporate reports to comply with local and global requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Transactional activity product reconciliation between core systems and general ledger, ensuring the correct registration and following up on any exceptions.
- Preparing and submitting regulatory reports, both to local and global authorities.
- Along with other Accounting staff, be part of the Accounts Payable process, which includes invoice inventory, reconciliation, validation, payments and registering.
- Ensure proper follow up on the bank’s RCSA activities for the Accounting team.
- Prepare and follow up bank reconciliations.
- Act as a participant of the ACLME report generation, price upload process, and overall, tasks that are shared with Risk Reporting team.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in banks
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- English: Advanced
- Experience in Finance related matters 
- MS Office
