Nexaminds is currently seeking a Platform Lead to join forces with our valued client to oversee the development and assessment of customer's Thinnest Viable Platform (TVP).

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in platform engineering, cloud technologies, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading complex platform projects and managing technical teams.
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), IaC tools (Terraform, ARM templates), CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins), and monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Grafana).
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of platform engineering principles, cloud architecture, and best practices.
  • Strategic thinking and advanced problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with modern development frameworks, cloud-native services, and AI/ML integration.
