Responsable del correcto funcionamiento de los almacenes de producto termiando

¿Qué es lo que harías?
  • Responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de las Políticas de Seguridad, Calidad e Inocuidad en los almacenes, proporcionando entrenamiento, seguimiento y disciplina progresiva.  
  • Mantener los inventarios en un nivel confiable en el sistema AS 400 para consulta y operación de la compañía. (Confiabilidad de inventario)                
  • Responsable de la administración y desarrollo del personal a cargo en el almacén.
¿Qué necesitas para ser exitoso en el rol?
  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería industrial, Ingeniería en alimentos o afín.
  • 3 años de experiencia como Supervisor de almacenes, con experiencia en planeación de materiales o producción, preferentemente en industria de alimentos
  • Experiencia en manejo de personal sindicalizado
  • Experiencia indispensable en SAP
  • Excel intermedio, manejo de FIFOS y conteos cíclicos.
  • Enfoque a resultados, liderazgo situacional y un enfoque servicio a clientes externos e internos.
