Essential Duties

● Type in request from customers into excel spread sheets.

● Follow up on requests by department management.

● Ensure backup information is UpToDate with minimal room for mistakes

● Save all the project related information into the designated folders

● Review the data entry received

● Constant communication with Quoting and Drafting teams.

● Other duties and project as assigned

Qualifications & Education.

  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Proven Experience.
  • Bilingual - Spanish - English (Must).
