Accountabilities:

As an Associate Business Analyst, you will partner with the Domain Lead, Capability Lead or other Business Analyst colleagues to support the development of business cases, assist in business process design and ensure that proposed solutions meet established AstraZeneca quality and compliance standards and business solution needs. You will be expected to perform at a capable level in various areas including Business Needs Identification, Business Analysis Planning, Stakeholder Analysis & Change, Requirements Analysis and Design Definition, Business Case and Benefits Management, Solution Evaluation and IT Delivery.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Experience of using business analysis tools/techniques to design and deliver business change

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related business area is preferred.
  • Formal certification in business analysis practice is a plus
