A proven Salesforce professional with multiple full lifecycle Salesforce implementations and have 4+ years of experience working with Salesforce, and 8+ years of experience working in IT.
- Strong experience in Salesforce implementations - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Experience on Salesforce platform and integrations with other systems
- Experience in Apex, Lightning Aura and Lightning Web Components development, Flows and Triggers
- Ability to comprehend client requirements and provide the functional and technical solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AGILE/SCRUM Processes
- Conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.
- Communicate with architects, and other consultants and developers to design cohesive implementation and development strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of implementation, development, testing and deployment.
- Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing requirements.
- Implement Salesforce platform best practices.
- Work with the technical team to create technical designs from functional design/requirements.
- Able to troubleshoot and perform configuration and customizations.
- Technology literacy and ability to translate between business leaders and technical teams.
- Highly collaborative and with the ability to lead by influence.
- Strong communication capabilities internally and externally. Including leading client meetings, doing presentations and demos of solutions.
