Nuestro segmento de comunicaciones ópticas acaba de evolucionar de ser un fabricante de fibra óptica y cable, hardware y equipos para convertirse en un proveedor integral de soluciones ópticas líder en la industria, abarcando la industria de comunicaciones más amplia. Este segmento se clasifica en dos grupos de productos principales: red de operador y red empresarial. El grupo de productos de red de portador consta principalmente de productos y soluciones para infraestructuras de comunicaciones de fibra óptica para servicios como comunicaciones de video, datos y voz. El grupo de productos de red empresarial consta principalmente de redes de comunicación por fibra óptica dirigidas a negocios, gobiernos y personas para uso propio.

Scope of Team/Position:

 

Develop, maintain and govern standards of Procurement (Source-to-Contract) work processes in all procurement categories (direct, indirect, capital, contract manufacturing and logistics), focussing on Category Management, Supplier Relationship Management and/or Negotiations. Deploy, train and coach the global supply management teams on sourcing and negotiation processes and supporting (digital) tools. Project and operational work in support of centre-led processes and technology.

 

Day to Day Responsibilities:

 

Strategic Sourcing & Negotiations:

 

•            Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support strategic sourcing strategies

•            Drive adoption of the Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation process

•            Develop, maintain and optimise playbooks supporting the operating priorities

•            Lead, assist and/or consult big deal negotiations and ensure continuity through documentation and knowledge transfer of negotiation strategies, tactics and tools

 

Category Strategy:

 

•            Develop and continuously improve the category strategy creation process

•            Expand strategies through facilitation of internal and market intelligence for supply markets

•            Support the development of AI applications and add-ons to the framework

 

Supplier Relationship Management:

 

•            Collaborate with business stakeholders to achieve targets, improve supplier performance, maximize supplier collaboration and innovation (Supplier Value Creation)

•            Develop processes for Supplier Relationship Management (segmentation, support to Supplier Performance Management) and cooperate on Risk Management reporting

•            Drive adoption and train the function on the SRM methodology

•            Maintain and improve the Managed Suppliers List

 

Project Management:

 

•            Facilitate and organize COE workshops, meetings, councils, including participation and documentation

•            Connect internal COE capabilities ensuring an end-to-end user experience

•            Expand the COE tools, capabilities & communications

 

Required Skills:

 

  •           Proficient in developing procurement Category Strategies
  •           Advance knowledge of Procurement processes and methodologies, in particular: Negotiations, Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Relationship Management methodologies
  •           Project management
  •           Excellent working abilities with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as comfortable learning additional computer applications
  •           English fluent spoken and written
  •           Experienced in working in a multi-stakeholder environment

  •           Training and coaching experience
  •           Knowledge and understanding of Change Management principles and methodologies
  •           Artificial Intelligence affinity
  •           Consultancy & Negotiation experience
  •           Knowledge and understanding of Six Sigma and Lean principles (Performance Excellence methodologies)
