Development Quality Engineer (Automotive Quality, remote)

YOUR ROLE:

As Development Quality Engineer you will join a team focused on ensuring all project quality targets are met, managing launch timelines & deliverables and insure the transition to quality volume production of automotive vehicles.

  • Responsible for delivery of APQP-PPAP processes and documentation.
  • In charge of activities to avoid issue reoccurrence, control of risks, manage quality convergence paths to reach the expected objectives (APQP-PPAP scope).
  • Responsible for efficient communication between project teams, engineering teams, manufacturing, and other partners.
  • Defines actions and deliverables for milestones required at each stage of the development, assesses results, manages KPI’s.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree education.
  • Knowledge of Quality and Lean methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of industrialization and project processes, and related management methods, APQP / PPAP processes.
  • Self-motivated. Able to meet deadlines with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suit and Google, TeamCenter Cad is a plus. Familiarity with statistical control concepts.
  • Communication & issue resolution skills. Leadership capacities, result orientated.
  • Knowledge of English language
