Our challenge

We are seeking a skilled VisionPLUS Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of VisionPLUS applications, including modules such as CMS, FAS, TRAMS, and related components.

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Experience in CMS as major subsystem and FAS or TRAMS as minor sub system

• Experience in working and coordinating with multiple teams

• Coding and testing high priority and critical changes utilizing COBOL, JCL, CICS and VSAM

• Preparing technical designs to meet business requirements

• Conduct technical walkthrough with all stakeholders and support.

• Participating in development activities with on shore and offshore resources

• Supporting System Testing and resolving any technical issues faced by client.

• Meeting with project managers to provide daily or weekly project status.

Requirements:

You are:

• 5+ years of V+ development engineering experience.

• Experience in RCA analysis and resolving batch or online issues.

• Must have strong techno-functional knowledge of Vision PLUS, CMS (Major), FAS/TRAMS (Minor).

• Must have thorough working experience in COBOL, CICS, JCL and VSAM

• Experience in Cobol batch and online

• Experience in region build and release implementations for UAT/PRD

• Strong analytical skill and problem-solving skill.

• Follow standards and controls to ensure quality of outcome

• Develop technical documents for the application.

• Perform application support as necessary.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient with usage of MS office – Outlook, Word, Excel. SharePoint, Teams
