At Marsh we are looking for candidates for the following position located in México City:
IT Risk Management Jr Analyst

- As an IT Risk Analyst, you will maintain application compliance for managed applications, understand the policies and procedures for maintaining controls, conduct reviews as per defined procedure and suggest remedial actions wherever necessary.

We will count on you to:
- Governance of the 18 IT Controls against applications managed globally.
- Execution of Weekly Termination and account revalidation process for the number of applications assigned.
- Flag the issues that can lead to a non-compliance to IT controls Compliance standards.
- Ensure all control deliverables follow the compliance and regulatory rules. Carry out reviews as per defined procedure and suggest remedial actions wherever necessary.
- Prepare for internal and external audit for the applications you manage.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders, securing approvals when needed, and keeping them abreast of progress and potential roadblocks, and present well-organized information.
What do you need to have?
- Bachelor's degree.
- 6 months of experience in technology/ IT roles.
- Knowledge and exposure in compliance or audit management.
- Interest in Risk, audit, compliance, and technology.
- Excel advanced.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Spanish
- English proficiency (must have).
