IT Project Manager – Remote (US-based Investment Banking Client) We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in software development projects to join a global investment banking client. This role requires a professional who can manage complex technology initiatives end to end, with a solid understanding of both technical delivery and banking operations — ideally with previous experience working with Santander. Responsibilities Lead full-cycle software development projects (planning, execution, delivery). Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, QA, and business areas. Manage project scope, timeline, and risks to ensure successful delivery. Communicate effectively with stakeholders in technical and business domains. Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives. Requirements 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in software development environments. Background as a developer in any language (is a must). Solid experience in investment banking or financial services projects. Previous experience with Santander (highly preferred). Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and technical delivery processes. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Advanced English (C1) — capable of leading meetings with US-based teams. Location 100% Remote – collaborating with US stakeholders.
