Plant Quality Coordinator – Faurecia Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader pioneers mobility experience that matters to people. The Plant Quality Coordinator ensures all plant actions comply with the Faurecia Excellence System while meeting customers, quality, division, business group, and corporate guidelines. Responsibilities Represent customer requirements internally. Define plant quality objectives and monitor progress. Manage the plant quality system in accordance with the Faurecia Excellence System. Define, staff, and develop the plant quality organization. Ensure plant compliance with all safety and regulation standards. Report quality results to all relevant parties and maintain quality records and documentation. Collaborate with the purchasing organization on supplier quality assurance activities. Interrupt manufacturing or delivery when quality is not assured. Qualifications Master’s degree in engineering preferred; Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum five years of professional experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing. Solid knowledge of quality in production and process orientation. Strong communication skills; bilingual preferred (English required). Demonstrated leadership and commitment to the highest ethical standards, including Forvia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management.
