We're the behind-the-scenes team powering independent restaurants with top-tier finance, HR, and AI-supported systems.We're an on-demand army of restaurant-savvy finance & HR pros, backed by cutting-edge tools and a passion for helping restaurants not just survive, but thrive.We're looking for a Client Accounting Manager to lead our dynamic team of bookkeepers, manage processes, and ensure our clients receive crisp, timely financials every month.Pay :75,000 pesos / moBenefits :Legal benefits offered - Supplemental Benefits coming soonWork location :Avenida Álvaro Obregón 171, Roma Norte, Cuauhtémoc, CDMX, MexicoWork schedule : in office / hybridAll work and interviews will be conducted in EnglishKey Responsibilities :Be the go-to guru for monthly financial reporting — Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and more.Lead a talented team of bookkeepers, supporting their professional development and ensuring high-quality work.Meet with clients to decode numbers, spot trends, and assist in guiding financial decisions.Streamline systems and processes to keep the accounting team running at peak performance.Provide Ad hoc / Custom reports on request basis.Train the clients on internal processes / platform.Qualifications :A deep understanding of the full accounting cycle.A sharp eye for trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities in financial data and processes.Experience setting up systems and processesStrong management skills and a high bar for accuracy.A college degree in Accounting, Business, or related fieldPay :$75, per monthAbility to commute / relocate :, Roma Norte, CDMX : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Experience :full cycle accounting : 6 years (required)managerial : 3 years (required)Language :English (required)Work Location :Hybrid remote in , Roma Norte, CDMX #J-18808-Ljbffr
