At this moment we are seeking: Launch Engineer Experience: At least 5 years working experience in automotive industry, project management experience is preferred Engineering changes Activities: Carry out project management in accordance with PLUS process, ensure the completion of the company's established schedule, quality and financial indicators, and build the company good image, build long - term customer relationship. Participate in new project quotation, ensure the quotation has corresponding project scope description, and manage the change of project scope. Established, tracked and adjusted the overall project schedule, and reasonably assigned the work of the synchronous development team members. Complete the project report files that need to be output in each stage as required. Established smooth communication channels among internal teams, customers and suppliers, organized SDT meetings and prepared problem lists. Use tools such as problem escalation and monthly reporting to ensure major problems are effectively contained and resolved as soon as possible. Carry out monthly audit and door audit as required by the project schedule, and participate in key verification and issuance audit and customer audit. Identify potential risks, take effective measures to prevent them, summarize project experience and lessons regularly, and assist in providing process optimization suggestions. Ability to work to meet specific client requirements. Take management responsibility defined by relevant IOS document as well as the IATF16949. Educational Background: Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering.
