Digital Director What are the main activities? Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital client needs, managing strategy, planning, buying, implementation, and deliverables across the team. Develop innovative, data-driven strategies for campaigns aligned with brand objectives and release timelines, integrating insights from research tools (e.g., Comscore, Google Trends, Adcuality). Present strategies to clients, securing alignment and addressing challenges with clarity and impact. Oversee execution and optimization of campaigns across paid digital media (social, programmatic, video, search, display), ensuring performance and brand safety. Deliver clear, actionable reporting on campaign performance, analyzing results against objectives and recommending improvements. Lead and mentor a high-performing digital team, fostering collaboration, motivation, and growth. Identify new opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and business growth within the account. What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. 8+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or paid media (agency or client-side). Demonstrated success managing cross-platform, data-driven digital campaigns. Advanced Excel and familiarity with digital research & analytics tools (Adcuality, SimilarWeb, Shareablee, etc.). Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. English: professional working proficiency; Spanish: fluent. Technical & Leadership Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising large teams. Advanced knowledge of digital platforms and ecosystems (Social, Programmatic, DSP/DMP, AdServer, Display, Video, Google, etc.). Proven ability to negotiate with media vendors. Skilled in interpreting data, uncovering insights, and translating them into actionable recommendations. Up-to-date certifications in major platforms (Google, Meta, Comscore, etc.). What do we offer?
