El objetivo principal de la función es garantizar el adecuado control, integración y resguardo de la documentación administrativa requerida para los procesos de cobranza y operaciones en México.ResponsibilitiesPromover y vender los productos de la organización por distintos medios (vía telefónica, plataformas de la empresa, clientes online/presenciales).Hacer el seguimiento y control del proceso de booking para el canal de reparaciones (Órdenes Ts) trabajando en conjunto con asesor comercial asignado.Procesar las reparaciones para el efectivo reconocimiento financiero (booking).Promover y vender todo tipo de refacciones vía telefónica o por medio de herramientas otorgadas por la empresa, a clientes existentes y/o potenciales.Contestar llamadas iniciadas por clientes para solicitar un cambio de producto/servicio.Programar reparaciones y dar solución al cliente con comunicación constante a alguna parte del proceso que esté afectando al cliente para el cumplimiento del servicio o refacción, factura, canalizando correctamente la solicitud.Iniciar llamadas a clientes potenciales de una lista de prospectos proporcionados, incluyendo: clientes objetivo, existentes de ventas cruzadas/upsales, clientes anteriores, potenciales y/o clientes nuevos.QualificationsPasante o Titulado en carreras económico - administrativasExperiencia de 6 meses – 1 año en roles comercialesWhat I getRecibirás un contrato de trabajo con el líder mundial del mercado en un sector a prueba de crisis.Te ofrecemos un sueldo competitivo acorde con las normas locales, además de:Prestaciones Superiores a las de LeyTe formaremos de manera intensiva en los ámbitos de la tecnología, los procesos y las competencias interpersonales, y podrás intercambiar ideas con colegas experimentados en cualquier momento.Presenta hoy mismo tu candidatura para unirte a nosotros y construir juntos el futuro.#BuildWhatsNextOtis is the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company.
