Job Title: SR STRATEGIC SOURCING ANALYST Posting Start Date: 10/21/25 Job Description: Job Overview Supports the development and execution of commodity strategy for the procurement team and drives the leading indicators like savings pipeline. Job Requirements RESPONSIBILITIES: Info Record set up/modification. Support on VMI implementation. Enhance Suppliers knowledge of TE platforms. Category strategy development/ownership (specifically molding) NDA execution process for new Suppliers. Contact for creating PPAPs requests. Supplier identification, audit and approval Collaborate with SQE to provide onboarding training for new suppliers on TE systems and procedures. Supports Supplier Cost related Improvement Workshops (i.e., reduction of CoPQ) in collaboration with Procurement Co Develop & implement strategy for assigned supplier portfolio in accordance with the commodity strategy for AMAS Responsible for delivering annual business results (ex. Cost savings, supplier performance and compliance) for assigned commodities Spend analysis, market insights and total cost of ownership Managing sourcing projects, key initiatives, and supplier negotiations Driving reporting process to give visibility to the business unit of cost change projects Managing the day-to-day relationship with suppliers to build long term rapport and drive extraordinary results Perform capacity review and minimize risk in the supply chain What your background should look like REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS, +5 years of purchasing, supply chain, engineering or technical experience. Preferred experience in various procurement areas including vendor management, negotiation, etc. Project management knowledge and background in handling multiple projects at same time. Strong analytical & negotiation skills Strong interest in learning the technicalities of the commodities Develop strong business relationships with stakeholders and suppliers Negotiating best possible deals in all scenarios Knowledge of plant operations and management is a plus Action-Oriented Result-Oriented Advanced knowledge in the use of MS Office applications, i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point.
