These roles support high-impact engineering initiatives for a US-based client, including both enterprise applications and a new crypto-focused product ecosystem. OPEN ROLES Lead Software Developer – .NET / OutSystems / Redis Intermediate Software Developer – .NET / OutSystems / Redis All roles are full-time, remote, and require strong English communication skills. LEAD WEB DEVELOPER (.NET) – CRYPTO FOCUS Location: Remote, LATAM-Based Consultant Supporting US West Coast Client What We Need Strong expertise in .NET with full‑stack web development Required: Greenfield experience (crypto product will be built from scratch) Ability to handle basic front‑end tasks as needed Deep focus on API performance, including caching strategies Expertise in design patterns: Strategy, Factory, Event‑Driven Design, SOLID principles Mentorship and ability to drive technical decisions Interest in AI tooling; LangChain experience is a plus Experience in traditional and/or crypto investments is a plus Projects Crypto Product (Greenfield): Build a brand‑new product from the ground up including external integrations Self‑Directed Trading Enhancements: Improve and optimize an existing trading platform while maintaining performance Must Have Solutions‑oriented mindset; writes clean, readable, maintainable code Strong architecture patterns for scalable systems Performance optimization and high‑quality engineering practices Leadership in code reviews and overall technical direction ROLE SUMMARY – Lead Software Developer We are seeking a Lead Developer with expertise in .NET, OutSystems, and Redis to guide development of enterprise‑grade applications. This person will provide architectural leadership, mentor engineers, and deliver scalable, high‑performance solutions. Required Skills & Experience 6–10+ years of software development, including leadership or mentoring Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and microservices Deep experience with OutSystems API development: architecture, reusable modules, performance tuning Strong knowledge of Redis (replication, clustering, caching patterns, eviction strategies) Strong SQL Server knowledge: stored procedures, performance optimization Experience designing distributed systems and integration patterns Solid understanding of Azure services (App Services, Service Bus, API Management, Redis Cache, DevOps) Excellent communication and leadership skills Nice to Have Experience with event‑driven architecture Knowledge of security standards: OAuth, JWT, Identity Provider integrations Experience in financial or banking environments ROLE SUMMARY – Intermediate Software Developer We are seeking an Intermediate Developer with hands‑on experience in .NET, OutSystems, and Redis to build and enhance enterprise applications. This role requires strong engineering fundamentals, problem‑solving ability, and experience working in agile teams.
