BEPC Inc. provides Specialized Engineering Solutions and IT Project Management services to Fortune 500 companies in the Life Science and Technology industries. BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects within the medical device industry. This role requires strong technical expertise, exceptional project planning and coordination skills, and extensive experience managing production line transfers. The ideal candidate excels at cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder communication, and driving projects to completion on time, within scope, and within budget. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Project Planning & Execution • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets. • Lead project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle—from initiation to closure. • Track project progress using structured activity and deliverable trackers, ensuring full visibility and control. • Adjust project plans proactively to meet milestones and business goals. 2. Production Line Transfer Management • Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end production line transfers, including internal/external transfers, NPI, scale-up, validations, and ramp-up. • Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality functions to ensure seamless and compliant transfers. • Mitigate risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure readiness for operational launch. 3. Stakeholder Engagement • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, suppliers, and regulatory partners. • Facilitate effective communication across departments and organizational levels to ensure alignment and transparency. • Deliver clear executive-level project updates and status reports. 4. Meeting Administration • Schedule, lead, and manage core team and lead team meetings. • Prepare agendas, document minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up. • Drive accountability and decision-making aligned with project priorities. 5. Risk & Budget Management • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks with actionable strategies. • Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets. • Provide periodic financial and progress reports to leadership. 6. Quality & Regulatory Compliance • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements such as FDA, ISO, and CE. • Maintain accurate documentation for audits, regulatory submissions, and quality systems. 7. Team Leadership • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment. • Provide coaching, support, and performance feedback to ensure team effectiveness. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. • Preferred: Master's degree or PMP certification. • 10+ years of experience in the medical device industry. • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in medical devices. Proven experience in: • Production line transfers • Project tracking and structured follow-up (Trackers)• Cross-functional team leadership • Meeting coordination with core and lead teams • Working in regulated industries and navigating technical environments • Experience with Microsoft Project and related project management tools. • Advanced English level (reading, writing, and conversational) Technical Knowledge: • Strong understanding of medical device manufacturing processes. • Regulatory and quality knowledge (FDA, ISO, CE standards). • Project management methodologies (Waterfall; Agile/Lean preferred) Skills: • Bilingual: English / Spanish (Advanced English required). • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with multiple departments and organizational levels. • Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills. • Highly committed, proactive, and results-oriented. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
