Overview Social Media & Content Specialist – Allwork.Space • Monterrey, Nuevo León, México Currently living in Monterrey, Nuevo León. The role is full-time and hands-on, with a focus on developing and executing a data-driven social media strategy to grow brand recognition and position Allwork.Space as an innovative leader in the Future Of Work industry. Remote or from-home options are available based on performance. Responsibilities Manage posting and monitoring of Allwork.Space official accounts across all social media platforms (including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) with visual and tonal alignment to the mission and vision. Drive growth of social media and podcast KPIs (followers, reach, clicks, engagement, downloads). Design, write and/or proofread meaningful, enticing and informational content for every social post with high attention to detail. Execute and oversee both paid and organic content campaigns; partner with campaign owners to provide guidance and support of social tactics. Create a living editorial calendar for social postings and report weekly on upcoming engagements, campaigns and results. Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports on campaign success, proactively and on request for specific topics. Monitor online communities and audiences for notable occurrences, elevating to leadership as needed. Collaborate with the creative team and external agencies to imagine and create innovative imagery and multimedia content. Stay current on industry trends and advise on opportunities and risks to keep Allwork.Space relevant on social media. Work with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help achieve corporate marketing goals and support revenue generation. Support production and promotion of the podcast (editing, guest invitations, transcripts, social media posts and engagement). Learn, make an impact, and have fun. Professional & Personal Skills English as a first language or fluent in English (written, spoken; all work and internal communication conducted in English). Social media savvy and content-oriented; experience with a significant amount of digital content and strong presence/influence. Ability and sense of responsibility to work toward goals with minimal supervision. Positive, proactive, collaborative team player. Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills. Enjoy diversified content creation (Reels, TikTok and other video content); not camera shy. Proven Experience & Requirements Fluent in English (written, spoken; internal communications in English). Based in Monterrey, Mexico. 2-5 years of professional writing experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related. Excellent, highly creative copywriting and critical-thinking skills. Experience working with content standards (style, voice and tone guidelines). Ability to manage multiple projects, set stakeholder expectations, work independently and collaborate across teams. Experience with the following tools: Canva, WordPress, video/audio editing (iMovie, GarageBand, Vimeo or similar), Mailchimp/HubSpot, Sprout Social (SMM), Instagram Reels & TikTok video creation and editing.
