Role Mission Build and scale intelligent systems that power Keedian’s next generation of automation. Lead the development of AI‑driven bots and agentic architectures, turning complex business needs into high‑performance, production‑ready solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong architectural judgment, and the ability to guide the team toward a modern, AI‑powered engineering stack. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable, high‑performance applications using cutting‑edge technologies (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Golang, cloud platforms). Lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and ensure code quality through rigorous reviews and best practices. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust solutions. Deliver results under tight deadlines without compromising on performance or security standards. Special Focus Develop and implement AI‑driven bots using modern frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Integrate agentic systems for enhanced automation and intelligence in applications. Optimize bot performance and scalability to handle large volumes of data and transactions. Minimum Requirements 8+ years of hands‑on experience in full‑stack development, with expertise in backend systems and cloud infrastructure. Mastery of modern frameworks and a deep understanding of DevOps/CI/CD pipelines. Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Proven ability to develop and deploy AI‑driven bots and agentic systems. Demonstrated track record of leading high‑impact projects from concept to deployment. Exceptional problem‑solving skills, with a focus on optimizing code efficiency and system scalability. Demonstrated industry excellence: GitHub portfolio, open‑source contributions, published work, patents, or recognized technical achievements. References from top‑tier technology companies in Latin America. Fluent in English and Spanish.
