What you will do The primary responsibility of this position is to execute and maintain the demand & supply planning for targeted customer groups. Maintain demand planning processes and systems to improve forecasting accuracy. Analyse sales trends based on seasons, promotions, and historical sales trends. Manage and influence the key stakeholders in the Demand Consensus Process. Identify insights in demand that can be used to support increased revenue. Maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer demands. Execute product demand plans to meet organization goals. Implement Lead Time Reduction initiatives. Develop lean techniques to improve demand planning metrics and processes. Optimize inventory planning according to demand and market trends to meet cost and service objectives. Required Education & Experience A bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, computer science, or a certification in operations or vendor management such as CPIM or CSCP. 4+ years of experience working in planning and inventory solutions in a manufacturing environment (high growth and new product introduction experience is a big plus). Knowledge of supply‑chain processes such as Sales & Operations Planning, MRP, forecasting, demand and supply planning, indirect procurement, materials management, and logistics. Proficiency with Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, SAS, APO, and Microsoft Office. Skills Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to accept constructive input from others. Highly organized and detail‑oriented. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with mathematical aptitude. Preferred Manufacturing experience (HVAC a plus). Strong problem‑solving orientation. Desire to learn and benchmark best practices.
