ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for all aspects of supply chain activities at the Mexico site, including planning, procurement, warehousing, IMPEX, and logisticsOptimize production, delivery, and inventory plans in accordance with customer requirementsEnsure the entire supply chain operates in a highly efficient mannerDevelop a robust supply chain resource plan aligned with the company's development strategyCollaborate with team members to formulate OPEX and CAPEX plans, and optimize the cost structure of overall supply chain operationsManage the local supply base to maximize the productivity and output of the Mexico siteEstablish and continuously optimize procedures for planning, procurement warehousing, IMPEX, and logistics, and ensure their effective executionManage and evaluate the performance of supply chain team membersContinuously improve cycle times for material delivery, in-house turnaround, and product dispatchCoach and manage the performance of local suppliersAnalyze and prepare supply chain KPIs and reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basisLead the team to resolve supply risks, incidents, and inventory-related issues, such as defective disposition, E&O, and aging inventory, while ensuring regulatory complianceManage and optimize the supply chain operations budgetCollaborate with other functions to achieve the financial goals of the Mexico siteQualificationsCollege graduate with 10 years of supply chain management experienceStrong communication skillsStrong analytical skillsAbility to Read, Write, Speak, and Listen in EnglishMastering in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)A degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain is a plusOracle operation experience is a plus
