OverviewThe Specialists, Commercial Sales Support will be based in Monterrey, Mexico and are responsible for supporting the Sales organization in North America. Primary responsibilities include support quoting, purchase order management, order entry, software licenses fulfillment, invoicing and customer onboarding. Must be proficient in English. The team will support customers throughout all North American time zones Monday through Friday, occasionally working weekends.ResponsibilitiesUse SFDC and CPQ to support Sales with quoting and Purchase Order reviewUse various ERPs to enter sales orders, send invoices, and transact credit & rebillsUse various software licensing tools to create and manage software licensesManage POs and invoicing on customer portalsSupport customer onboardingSupport Sales with forecasting by updating Opportunity records in SFDCCommunicate delivery dates to customers by coordinating with the factory on a regular basisAddress and document customer requests and issues, ensuring prompt response and resolution from the field and various departmentsEngage in follow-up activities such as thank you letters, calls, and handling technical support issuesParticipate in the development of tools and documentation to increase the efficiency of the sales processProvide input, documentation & feedback to the Commercial Operations Manager & Sales Engineers as requiredQualificationsMust be proficient in English; able to read, write and speak English fluentlyMinimum of 1 year of experience in a Sales Administration role (internship or formal job)Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointSFDC, CPQ experience preferredExperience with LX, Navision, Business Central and Intacct ERP systems preferredAbility to establish excellent working relationships with outside sales engineers, customers, management, and internal departmentsDemonstrated efficiency in a fast-paced environmentExcellent time management and the ability to multi-taskStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWhat we offerFood couponsVacation Bonus. 100% of base salary of earned vacation daysYear End Bonus (Aguinaldo).
