Descripción del trabajo We are seeking a talented Full-stack Developer with experience in ERP (preferably Odoo) to join our team and contribute to the implementation, customization, and optimization of Odoo systems/modules. About Us We are a young (early-stage, "start-up"), dynamic, international, vertically integrated trading company revolutionizing digitally native multi-market product development, sourcing, and B2B and D2C distribution. Our success depends on sophisticated financial management, precise intercompany accounting, and strategic cash flow optimization across our international operations. Position Overview The Full-stack Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Odoo-based enterprise solutions tailored to business needs. Reporting directly to the CEO and IT/Project Manager, this role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise in Odoo, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance system functionality. Responsibilities Develop, customize, and implement Odoo ERP modules based on business requirements. Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize and troubleshoot existing Odoo implementations to enhance system performance. Maintain and enhance Odoo modules, ensuring compatibility with new releases. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and improve workflows. Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment processes. Provide technical support and training to end-users when necessary. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience working with Odoo ERP development and customization. Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript. Experience with Odoo framework, including ORM, Workflows, Reports, and Security. Knowledge of Odoo architecture, development best practices, and deployment methodologies. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and jQuery. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
