You will act as the client''s main point of contact — guiding them through onboarding, evaluating client performance, identifying opportunities to improve results, and guiding overall strategy in partnership with our fulfillment teams.This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires proactive communication and quick responsiveness to client needs.Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting monthly strategy reviews and presenting that information to your list of clients, coordinating with the fulfillment teams on requests or concerns, taking part in team meetings/trainings, and more.
