En Baufest estamos buscando un Arquitecto AI con experiencia comprobada en la entrega de productos digitales para clientes en Estados Unidos. Esta posición requiere diseñar soluciones de inteligencia artificial que generen impacto real en el negocio y habiliten nuevas oportunidades de innovación. El rol combina liderazgo técnico, visión estratégica, trabajo multidisciplinario y capacidad comercial. Responsabilidades : Definir la estrategia y arquitectura de soluciones de AI. Co-crear nuevos servicios junto a equipos comerciales y de prácticas. Guiar proyectos de transformación digital basados en AI. Detectar oportunidades, diseñar POC/MVP y modelos de negocio. Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de AI. Impulsar el posicionamiento de la práctica en el mercado Requisitos principales: Experiencia liderando proyectos de AI. Conocimiento en LLM, Computer Vision y Python. Inglés avanzado. Te ofrecemos: BAU COMPENSATIONS: Esquema 100% nómina; Prestaciones de Ley y superiores a la Ley; 30 días de aguinaldo.
