Descripción del trabajo Sourcing Agent - Cold Caller. Estamos en la posición #1 para buscar productos en México y buscamos profesionales B2B con experiencia en telemarketing y ventas para hacer que los mercados globales sean accesibles. Responsabilidades Realizar llamadas en frío para encontrar nuevas oportunidades de asociación. Presentar la empresa a posibles socios. Actualizar contactos e información en Zoho CRM. Cumplir con un número razonable de llamadas diarias. Alcanzar objetivos y KPI. Requisitos Actitud positiva. Excelentes habilidades organizativas. Capacidad de aprendizaje y coachable. Dominio de inglés y español. Experiencia en telemarketing, servicio al cliente o ventas. Disponibilidad a tiempo completo (no otros clientes o trabajo paralelo). Computadora y conexión a internet confiables (esencial). Horario 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (1 hora de almuerzo). Lunes a viernes. Turno de 8 horas. Salario y Beneficios Salario base: 800 USD mensuales.
