Job Title Central Finance CAPEX Analyst – GBS (B15), Mexico City, Mexico. Job Overview The Central Finance CAPEX Analyst is a key member of the North America Central Finance team, based in our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Mexico City. This role supports the financial governance, tracking, and reporting of capital investments across the North America Supply Chain and IT organizations. Responsibilities Support financial tracking and monitoring of CAPEX investments across Supply Chain and IT functions. Upload CAPEX financial data into the 4Site tool, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Reconcile HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) data with 4Site, validating accuracy and consistency across systems. Support internal and external audit initiatives related to CAPEX spending and documentation. Assist in preparing regular CAPEX reports and variance analyses for management review. Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening governance and reporting quality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related finance roles. Previous exposure to CAPEX processes, fixed assets or investments tracking preferred. Familiarity with financial systems such as HFM, SAP, 4Site is a plus. Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Good analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail. Eagerness to learn and grow within a global finance environment. Collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude. Location Mexico City - Antara Tower A - 5th Floor - Local Office.
