Main tasks and responsibilities Understand the business development plan, interpret and understand its needs and expectations for human resources work in a timely manner, and provide professional plans and suggestions, including human resource management processes, organizational structure, compensation and benefits, employee incentives, personnel selection and training, and corporate Help develop and enhance the work capability of the company's human resources team. Take responsibility for the management of the company's relevant IOS documents and IATF16949/ISO45001/ISO14000 standards and ensure the IOS documents are Operate effectively and continuously improve the relevant procedures and their applications in IOS documents within the department.
