Be the protagonist of your future As a Trainee, you will lead projects in your market and be part of a regional program that will connect you with global leaders and with other Trainees from different countries. During the program you will rotate in three fundamental areas of the Nutrition business such as Medical Visits, Sales and Marketing, so that you know the end to end of the business. Design and implement high-impact projects that contribute to the needs of the business, identifying trends, proposing corrective actions and improvement strategies. Participate in internal meetings and discussions that require your participation and input. Actively participate in the field visit spaces or pitches that apply during rotations. Participate in collaborative meetings with internal teams and stakeholders, actively contributing knowledge and experience. Ensure that you receive the complete and necessary onboarding for the successful development of the role. Participate in all the training spaces and developments generated to raise your potential. In addition to volunteering, trips or spaces that are required by the market or by the area as a strategy within the program. Participate in coaching and mentoring spaces. Comply with all the company's and WHO's compliance requirements and policies. What will make you successful... Professional graduated in any university career, desirable with a completed master's degree. Be bilingual - (Spanish - English) Have work experience between 1 and a maximum of 2 years. Age between 22 and 28 years. Be a resident of the city in which you are applying for the call. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely effectively. Experience in coordinating or collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
