Cloud Architect, Google Workspace II (English)Join to apply for the Cloud Architect, Google Workspace II (English) role at Google.Please submit your resume in English – we can only consider applications submitted in this language.Only applications of candidates with Mexican citizenship will be evaluated for this role in compliance with the provisions of Article 7 of the Federal Labor Law.Preferred working location: Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico; Buenos Aires, Argentina.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.3 years of experience in project management and technical solution delivery.3 years of experience in productivity and collaboration solutions.Experience in deploying or managing cloud productivity solutions such as workspace for enterprise customers.Experience in working with and promoting SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS platforms.Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.Preferred qualifications:MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.Experience with customer-facing cloud productivity solutions, including discovery, assessment, planning, and execution.Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base and collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.Experience with IT security practices such as identity and access management, security and data protection, encryption, certificate and key management.Experience in deploying or managing cloud productivity solutions at enterprise level.Knowledge of the typical mail, networking, security, and integration concepts.About the jobAs a Cloud Architect for Google Workspace, you will work directly with Google’s customers on critical projects to provide management, consulting, and technical advisory to customer engagements while working with client executives and key technical leaders move to Google Workspace Platform. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with customer technical leads, client executives, and Google to manage and deliver successful migration to Google Workspace.Deliver domain expertise in enterprise productivity and collaboration solutions through best practice recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, and technical presentations adapted to different levels of business and technical stakeholders.Educate and align with various Google stakeholders on the Go-To-Market (GTM) Workspace solution strategy/offerings and improve Google Workspace product features based on customer and market needs.Build relationships with partners, evaluate technical solution offerings, and translate business goals into digital strategy and outcomes.Manage all aspects of service delivery, including pipeline, capacity, and quality management, while working with cross-functional groups within Google and executive contacts in system integrator and client organizations to assure positive customer outcomes from workspace.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
