Project Overview We are seeking a QA Automation Lead to drive Enumerate’s quality strategy, oversee the development of automated testing frameworks, and provide leadership in building a modern QA function. Key Project Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Define the vision and roadmap for automated testing and quality engineering at Enumerate. Framework Oversight: Guide the architecture and evolution of scalable test automation frameworks. AI‑Forward QA Innovation: Identify and implement opportunities to use AI for intelligent test case generation, self‑healing tests, defect prediction, and quality insights. Team Coaching: Mentor engineers and cross‑functional teams on QA best practices, automation adoption, and quality mindset. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, engineering, and delivery coaches to ensure quality is built into every stage of the development lifecycle. Governance & Metrics: Define quality standards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to monitor and communicate quality health across projects. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a QA Automation Lead, QA Manager, or Senior Test Architect. Demonstrated ability to define and execute QA strategies at an organizational or program level. Deep expertise in automated testing frameworks, CI/CD integration, and modern software delivery practices. Strong leadership and mentoring skills with distributed/remote teams. Solid understanding of software development life cycles and quality processes. Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing AI‑driven QA solutions Familiarity with cloud‑native architectures and testing strategies for distributed systems. Background in testing AI/ML‑enabled applications.
