The Residence Manager is responsible for the efficient management and operation of residential properties, ensuring owner's satisfaction, property maintenance, and financial performance. Responsibilities Responsible for the efficient management and operation of residential properties, ensuring owners’ satisfaction, property maintenance, and financial performance. Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Facilitate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations. Conduct tours with contractors and suppliers, ensure that access is registered, and accompany external personnel to ensure security. Charge the owners’ accounts for water purchases or any other requested requirements. Verify monthly account statements of the owners, ensuring corrections of errors and questioning utilities depending on visits and consumption. Maintain complete and updated documentation related to the residences under your responsibility, such as insurance policies, contracts, and others. Competencies Decision Making Planning & Organizing Adaptability Leadership Proactivity Effective Communication Focus on Results & Quality Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Hotel Management, or related field of study is preferred. +4 years of proven experience as Residence / Property Manager in the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of property management principles and practices. Excellent financial and accounting acumen with a track record of successfully managing budgets and controlling costs. High level of professionalism and integrity. Must be proficient in oral and written English and Spanish. Certified Property Manager (CPM) or similar certification would be a plus.
