Career Area Manufacturing What you will do Leading Prime Product Assembly manufacturing processing, cost estimating (PCM), systems planning, layout, standard, releasing, capital projects, gauging and checking equipment, tooling, and work standards. Managing Engineering to Produce Systems such as SAP ME, PinPoint, GTC Manufacturing with Rapid Author. Managing MMO (Material Master Owner engineer) and maintaining Super BOMs and variable configuration SAP data. Managing IPV processes (Flashing, Hot Test 1‑2‑3, Road testing & sound testing prior to PDI‑Ship machines for full quality and normativity compliance). Overseeing programs and practices for hiring, performance management, and developing/training personnel that perform and support plant operating functions. Managing development, implementation, and continual improvement of operating methods, equipment, systems, and other infrastructure used to realize operating goals. Coordinating release dates and availability of machines, equipment, and material schedules to satisfy demand, ensuring implementation of modern technology and verifying the effectiveness of equipment and systems. What You Will Have Capacity Planning & Management – Knowledge of tools, approaches, and practices for determining production demand and managing resources. Decision Making & Critical Thinking – Ability to analyze situations and reach decisions based on informed judgment. Lean Manufacturing – Knowledge of lean principles and ability to implement them. Manufacturing Processes – Ability to execute, plan, manage, and monitor manufacturing processes. Performance Management – Ability to apply performance management systems to improve performance. Problem Solving – Ability to recognize, anticipate, and resolve operational problems. Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent engineering. Experience in construction prime product machines or automotive industry. Intermediate English proficiency. Releasing processes (4 years minimum). Capital RFIs management. NPI/NSI processes (New Product Introduction/New Source Introduction). Additional Information Shift rotation: no primary shift but willing to cover night shift when needed. Travels: national or international (50%).
